·       Property featured on CENTURY 21 smart phone app for tech savvy buyers

·       Provide first weeks’ showing feedback and progress update


Week 2

·       Listing placed in next up rotation for The Real Estate Book

·       Just Listed postcards arriving into neighborhood households

·       Placement in Real Estate Book advertisement publication

·       Progress update & Showing feedback


Week 3

·       Hold Open House (optional)

·       Golden Ruler report provided on Internet activity

·       Feedback on showing & open house attendance


Week 4

·       30 Day marketing review with homeowner. Discuss recent area sales, competing homes & review marketing strategies.
